From the beginning, our mission has been simple: help healthcare organizations attract and retain the people needed to care for their communities.
We started as Eqo, helping organizations unlock the power of employee referrals.
But as we worked alongside healthcare recruiting teams, we uncovered a much bigger challenge.
Healthcare is facing a historic workforce shortage, yet organizations are becoming increasingly dependent on expensive job boards and staffing agencies. Meanwhile, they sit on one of their most valuable assets: hundreds of thousands of candidates they already own. Past applicants. Employee referrals. Former employees. Event attendees.
