1. Capture Employee Referrals Made on Applications

Eve ensures your Eqo (Now Hellora) dashboard remains the single source of truth for all referrals. She automatically captures any employee referrals made using old processes, such as being listed on candidate applications and not submitted through referral platform. This means you won’t miss any valuable referrals, even from employees still adjusting to the new system.

2. Matches Misspelled Names

Eve removes the need for manual corrections and ensures that every referral is properly tracked and attributed. Her AI-driven technology ensures that even when candidates add a referral source on their application with shortened names, misspelled names, or only partial information, she can accurately match the referral to the correct employee. For example, if a candidate enters “Bob” instead of “Robert,” or “Cathy” instead of “Catherine,” Eve automatically recognizes the variation and links the referral to the right employee in the system.

3. If Unsure, Confirms with the Candidate

If a candidate provides vague details like “my cousin” or “a friend,” Eve ensures no referral is missed. She automatically contacts the candidate via text, asking for the referring employee’s full name. Once the candidate responds, Eve updates the system, ensuring accurate tracking and proper recognition without any manual effort.

4. Raises Employee Awareness of the New Process

To help employees fully transition, Eve sends reminders to those still using older referral methods, directing them to Eqo (Now Hellora)’s new text-to-refer process. This proactive outreach encourages employees to adopt the new system seamlessly, building consistency and improving engagement with minimal disruption.
